How The Drivers Lounge works

From discovery to the open road — everything explained in simple steps

For Drivers

1

Create Your Profile

Sign up with your email, add a photo and a short bio, and set your location and privacy preferences.

2

Add Your Cars

Build your garage with make, model, variant, photos, and specs. Choose what's public.

3

Join Clubs

Find clubs near you or for your marque. Join straight away or request to join, depending on the club.

4

Find Drives & Meets

Browse events in a list or on the map. Filter by date, type, and difficulty.

5

RSVP

Check the meeting point, route, and who's going, then RSVP. You'll be notified if it's cancelled.

6

Drive Together

From an hour before the start, chat with the group and, if you choose, share your location on the live map.

For Clubs & Organisers

1

Start a Club

Give it a name, logo, and description, and decide whether anyone can join or members need approval.

2

Bring Your Members

Share an invite link and add admins to help run the club.

3

Plan an Event

Set the date, time, meeting point, distance, difficulty, and any vehicle requirements.

4

Choose Who Can Come

Make the event public or members-only, and set a capacity if spaces are limited.

5

Manage Attendance

See who's going, post announcements to your club, and check people in on the day.

6

Lead the Drive

Keep everyone together with the live group chat and map, and end the live session when you're done.

Safety & Trust

Your Location, Your Call

Choose whether you appear on the map. Live location is only shared during a drive, and only if you turn it on.

Private Clubs & Events

Approval-only clubs and members-only events keep things within your group.

Report Anything

Report a profile, club, or event and our moderators will review it.
